List the documents your client must upload, the optional ones, and the items you'll send back. Each item has its own status — at a glance you can see what's done and what's outstanding.

Extra verification and a deadline

Put a PIN or SMS code in front of the link. Set a deadline. Extend the deadline in one click without invalidating the existing link.

Built-in message thread

In Standard mode, Secure Exchange includes a message thread next to the files — for quick clarifications. (Messaging isn't available in Private mode at launch.)

Completion certificate

When the exchange is done, you get a certificate showing who uploaded what, when, and whether each verification step was passed.

Every file and message is encrypted on Vukorix servers with bank-grade AES-256. The full two-way workflow runs end-to-end, including the message thread.

Private mode (files)

Files locked in the browser, both ways.

Files going from your client to you are locked in their browser and tied to your account, so only you can open them. Files going from you to your client are locked in your browser, and the key travels inside the link you share. Vukorix never sees the files in either direction.

  • Sign-and-return and form-to-fill items not available — Vukorix would have to read the document to process them
  • Message thread not available at launch

Private Exchange is for files. If you also need a message thread, use Standard Secure Exchange — messages there are encrypted on Vukorix servers but the workflow stays available.
