Security you can explain to a client or a procurement team, in plain language. Here is how Vukorix protects your documents, and what we do not claim.
Your files are encrypted on the network and on our servers.
Encryption with a key Vukorix holds for you, so workflows that need to read the document, such as signing and forms, can run.
For supported file exchange workflows, the file is encrypted in your browser before upload. Vukorix has no access to the contents.
Link expiry, view limits, and an optional PIN, password, or SMS code on supported workflows.
Two-factor authentication on every account, using passkeys, an authenticator app, or SMS codes.
Key actions are recorded, so you can show who did what and when.
Uploads are scanned for malware before they reach your account.
Internal access to systems is limited and controlled.
Built with EU data protection principles in mind, with a clear Privacy Policy.
Vukorix uses a small set of vetted sub-processors. See the full list in the Privacy Policy.
Not yet. Our architecture is built to be SOC 2-ready, and we will publish our status when certification is complete.
No. Vukorix is not zero-knowledge across every workflow. Private mode, where the file is encrypted in your browser, applies to supported file exchange workflows only.
No. Vukorix gives you signed PDFs and audit certificates to support your records, but we do not provide a legal guarantee about any document.
No provider can guarantee that an email always reaches the inbox. Vukorix gives you delivery tracking so you can see the status of each message.
