A checklist for each client

Spell out exactly what you need — "Driver licence", "Bank statement January", "Signed authority form". Mark each item required or optional so your client knows what's essential.

Your branding, not ours

Upload your logo and pick a colour. Your client sees a clean, branded upload page with your name on it — not Vukorix marketing.

Add forms to fill in

Attach one or more on-screen forms to the request. Your client fills them in their browser and you receive a completed PDF alongside their uploaded files.

Add a PIN or SMS code

Put a 4-digit PIN or an SMS code in front of the portal. Your client enters it before they can upload. Change the verification at any point while the link is still active.

Set a deadline and reminders

Set a deadline. Choose how often Vukorix nudges your client — daily or weekly. You don't have to chase them.

Encrypted on our servers. Fully audited.

Files are encrypted on Vukorix servers with bank-grade AES-256. The application can preview and process them — for example, to flatten a completed form into a PDF.

Private mode

Locked in your client's browser. Only you can unlock.

Files are locked inside your client's browser before they leave their computer. The key that unlocks each file is locked to your account, so only you (signed in on your device) can open them. Vukorix never sees the files.

  • Form-fill not available in Private mode — Vukorix has to read the form to process it

Before you send your first Private Receive: go to Settings → Security → "Set up Private mode key" to create your private key. The first time you set up a Private Receive, a wizard walks you through this if you haven't done it yet.
