View limits and expiry

Cap how many times the link can be opened. Set a deadline. Whichever comes first, the file is permanently deleted from our servers.

Add a PIN, password, or SMS code

Put a 4-digit PIN, a password, or an SMS code in front of the link. Your recipient enters it before they can see the file.

Add a note

Write a short note alongside the file. In Private mode, the note is locked in your browser just like the file.

Hide the filename (Private mode)

Recipients see a generic label like "Document 1" instead of the real filename — until they unlock the file.

Auto-delete when expired

When the link's view limit is reached or expires (or you expire it manually), the file is permanently deleted from our servers. The audit record of who saw what, and when, stays.

Up to 100 MB per file

Send large files with resumable upload — if your connection drops, it picks up where it left off. Send one file or a batch, up to your storage allowance.

Standard mode

Encrypted on our servers. Fully audited.

Your file is encrypted on Vukorix servers with bank-grade AES-256. We can open it when the application needs to, and every action is recorded in an audit log.

Private mode

Locked in your browser. Vukorix never sees the file.

Your browser encrypts the file (and the note) before it leaves your computer. The key that unlocks it is built into the link you share — and that key never reaches our servers.

  • Link lives on our private domain p.vukorix.com
  • Recipient's IP and device not kept
  • Option to hide the filename too
  • Add a password the recipient enters before unlocking
  • If you lose the link, the file is gone — Vukorix can't recover it
